What Do I Do If Equipment Isn’t Working Correctly?

We inspect and service each piece of equipment before every rental, ensuring it’s in good working condition. If you encounter any issues, please call us at 989-725-7368 for assistance.

What If I Need Equipment Longer?

If you need to extend your rental, contact us, and we’ll adjust the rental period based on availability. Additional charges will apply, and they will be added to your contract and payment. Please refer to your rental contract for day, week, and monthly rates.

What Do I Need to Rent Equipment?
  • For DIY customers: A valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID and a valid form of payment for the rental and deposit.
  • For businesses: A valid Business Account with McLaren Rent-All.
What Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our location (round-trip). Payment is required upfront. Rates are subject to change.

  • 0-10 miles: $80
  • 10-15 miles: $90
  • 15-20 miles: $100
  • 20+ miles: Available upon request

CDL Delivery of Telehandler:


  • 0-5 miles (Drive-off): $40
  • 0-10 miles: $125
  • 10-15 miles: $150
  • 15-20 miles: $200
Will I Be Charged for Fuel If I Don’t Fill Equipment Back Up?

Yes. We send out all equipment full of fuel and ask that it be returned full. Fuel is charged at $6.50 per gallon. Rates are subject to change.

Why Do I Have to Provide an ID?

For safety and security, all renters must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

How Do I Pick Up My Equipment?

When you arrive, head directly to our front desk where a team member will assist you with your rental. Charges will be applied, and you’ll be asked to sign the rental contract.

How Do I Return Equipment?

Return equipment by the time and date listed on your contract. It should be clean and in the same condition as when you picked it up, including any accessories such as batteries, cables, or attachments.

When you arrive, visit the front counter, and we’ll assist with your return. Need an extension or additional help? Call us at 989-725-7368.

After Hours Drop-Off

After-hours and Sunday drop-offs are available. Instructions will be provided when you rent the equipment.

Do I Need a Special License or Certification to Use Larger Equipment (Skid Steers, Mini Excavators)?

No special certification or license is required. Our staff can teach you basic operating techniques for equipment like skid steers and mini excavators in just 5-10 minutes.


Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Please contact us for the most current rates. All rental charges apply for the duration of the rental, whether the equipment is used or not.

If your equipment malfunctions, please notify us immediately for assistance. No credits or adjustments will be made unless the issue is reported promptly. McLaren Rent-All is not responsible for operator error or unsuitable site conditions.
